Caring for your SDCarbon Composite Product

All SDCarbon Composite products are coated with a high solids, high quality automotive based clear paint.  You can care for your piece just like you would with anything that has a fine paint finish.  You can apply wax to your piece with any quality automotive wax.

Should the finish of your piece become dull or scratched, the clear coat can be block sanded with 1500 and 2000 grit sand paper, and then buffed.  Any good detail shop could do this procedure.

Should the finish become chipped or scratched deeply, it can be clear coated again, which will restore the shine.
